New Sony SEL20TC2 & SEL14TC2 Teleconverters Coming on September 5th

According to the latest rumors, Sony will announce the new SEL20TC2 and SEL14TC2 teleconverters on September 5th, 2022. Here are the leaked image, weights and pricing info of the upcoming SEL20TC2 and SEL14TC2 teleconverters.

If the rumors are correct, SEL20TC2 and SEL14TC2 will be the second generation teleconverter based on the model number, and the price will remain unchanged. The current Sony FE 2x Teleconverter (SEL20TC) weighs 207g and the Sony FE 1.4x Teleconverter (SEL14TC) weighs 167g, so if the rumors are true, the new teleconverter will be a little lighter.
